roadkill ragout

A delicious dinner made with free meat! How could you go wrong?

Directions

Gut and skin the skunk or whatever roadkill you may have found. Be sure and remove any gravel or broken glass you may find. Stuff it with the vegetables and spices. Pour the Dr. Pepper over everything. Bake at about 250 -300 degrees a real long time to slow cook it and get it as tender as possible. Some road kill can be pretty tuff!  Until the skunk is real tender. When the skunk is cooked to your likin', take it out of the oven to set for about 15 minutes. Then, put the baked vegetables on a serving platter and Throw the Skunk Out! Oh Lord you didn't think we'd eat it did ya?

ingredients

1 Skunk (or really any road kill will do!)
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Whatever spices you may want like garlic powder or onion powder. They got these at the dollar store now so you can afford to be fancy with 'em.
1 cup Dr. Pepper to tenderize
1 Cutting Board
