| Directions | | Sauté onion in butter until transparent. Add soups,Velveeta, green chiles, and milk.(Just try and not sneak a bite scooped on a Dorito! Betcha can't!) Make layers of chicken (or SPAM) and Doritos. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot. Add grated Velveeta during last 10 minutes of cooking. |

Substitute once can SPAM for Trixie's
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 block Velveeta grated (if having trouble freeze your Velveeta just before grating!)
1 lg. can evaporated milk
Some chopped roasted Hatch Green Chiles from the Big Lot's parking lot!
1/2 a packet taco seasoning
1/2 packet ranch dressing powder (Uncle Dan's preferably)
2 (8 oz.) bags Doritos (I use Nacho cheese flavor!)
More Grated Velveeta to top |
