| Directions | Make the cake mix as directed and pour it into a mini-muffin tin. Bake and cool.
When they are done remove from pan and dip them in melted white chocolate.
Decorated with colored icing (green for eyes, big red mouth) then toss some green dye in your coconut and sprinkle it around the heads for hair!
You can pour some light rum over each one and light it for your own Zozobra burning. The alcohol will burn off so the kids can enjoy 'em too! Just don't let the kids alone with the rum, matches, the cookies.
