Armadillo turkey

So good you'll be thankful to ME this year!

Directions

Rub the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper, use a little more salt than you think you need. Peel the pineapple leaving a bit of the fruit meat on the skin, cut the peel into strips length wise then use toothpicks to attach the pineapple skin to the turkey breast, fruit side touching the turkey. It should look like an Armadillo all curled up in your roasting pan. Yum! Cut the rest of the pineapple in chunks and put it inside the turkey. Roast uncoverd at 350 for 3-6 hrs depending on size of bird. (I just get them pop up times. No muss, no fuss! Enjoy!)

1 Turkey (any size)
1 Pineapple
salt and pepper
